Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Habour of Hope Initiative for the Less Privileged. As a non-profit organization, we rely on generous contributions to fulfill our mission. However, we understand that situations may arise where a donor needs a refund.

  1. Donation Refunds
    Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if you have made a donation in error or believe there was a technical issue, please contact us within 7 days of the donation. Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  2. Refund Request Process
    To request a refund, email us at hopehabourng@gmail.com with:
    Your full name
    Donation amount and date
    Method of payment
    Reason for the refund request

We will respond within 5–10 business days and let you know the status of your request.

  1. Event or Program Refunds
    If you paid for participation in a specific program or outreach (where applicable), and the event is canceled or you are unable to attend, you may be eligible for a refund, provided you notify us at least 5 business days in advance.
  2. Discretion and Finality
    All refunds are at the discretion of Habour of Hope Initiative and will be processed back to the original payment method, if approved.
